As we see together, I think you should indicate which method should not be used inside loop, and for each method do the carbon test. You could only focus on "len" for the hackaton but you could mention that other method should be check

Hi @Sail012001, @MP-Aubay,

for me this rule is the same as GCI69 ...
there is already a PHP, Java and C# version ... please check C# description that is the most realistic (specially in compliant examples)

I think your work could be added to this GCI 69 rule instead of an new rule.

I let you create a new PR for GCI 69 rule for python language and next, you can close the current PR.
